Hunt Policies & Guidelines
 

RAM Outfitters goal is to have each hunt a memorable and successful hunt. We do have guidelines for each hunter to follow to insure a great time. Please review our policies.

Arrival

Hunters are welcome after 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. the day prior to their Hunt. (Please respect this policy because we need to clean prior to your arrival.)

Departure

Hunters must have all equipment and animals checked out of the property by 10:00 a.m. the morning after the conclusion of their Hunt. (We need to clean accommodations for the weeks following guest.)

Harvest Requirements

Whitetails: To maintain quality hunts each year we have implemented a strict policy of harvesting trophy bucks. A minimum gross score of 135" pope & young in antler size is the standard that has been set. If a hunter chooses to harvest an buck scoring less than this standard hunter shall pay a penalty of $500 to be paid day of harvest.

Final payment is to be paid in Full 60 days prior to your hunt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: Cancel prior to 60 days before your hunt starts and you may apply the deposit to a future hunt at a mutually agreeable time. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELATIONS within 60 days PRIOR TO HUNT. Cancellations must be received in writing.

Cancellation due to health or death is refundable only.

Refunds

If you apply for a tag and was not drawn your deposit can be transferred to another state depending on availability. Otherwise your deposit will be applied to a hunt the following year.

NO Refunds will be issued to hunters which receive a tag either over the counter or by drawing, or hunters that fail to apply for a tag.

NO Refunds will be issued 90 days prior to hunt for any reason.
